Justin and I have this daydream that it would be fun to temporarily move to Malta to do a Father & Son cookbook with Uncle Joe and Jonathan. Uncle Joe used to own a restaurant in Mellieħa and his son, Jonathan, is a chef. The other day, when I was searching the internet for recipes to cross-reference with Nanna's I thought, "I wonder if Jonathan has any recipes online?"
Lo and behold, I found these:
- Crispy oysters with a fennel citrus and cherry ceviche
- Smoked beef on multi seed bread
- Pineapple carpaccio with gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese fritters
- Black pasta with prawns and rocket leaves
